Methodology

Servo Annex clients are a unique mix from technology start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. We work with senior executives who are forward thinking, thoughtful and have a natural sense of curiosity.

Discretion is important both to us and our clients, so we do not disclose the nature of our advisory work nor our client list. However, we will provide references from those clients who explicitly allow, when finalizing advisory engagements.

The success of Servo Annex is built upon client satisfaction. As a general rule, new clients are referred to us from our current client base.

Sulemaan Ahmed, Principal

Over his career Sulemaan has worked in senior positions with brands such as Apple, Sears and Air Canada. He was responsible for driving their digital marketing, e-commerce, social media strategy and online initiatives in North America and globally.

Sulemaan is currently a Principal at Servo Annex. Servo Annex teaches senior executives about digital and social media and how to drive business results leading by example. This is done in a confidential manner based on personal learning styles. The firm only takes clients on referral of clients.

Recent speaking and teaching engagements include keynote presentations to executive education programs, Young Presidents Organization (YPO), World Presidents Organization (WPO), Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), CEO Global Network (CEOGN), Presidents of Enterprising Organizations (PEO), Fortune 500, Owner-Operated and Privately-Held companies across North America.

Sulemaan served on the Board of Directors for White Ribbon for seven years and currently writes for The Huffington Post. He completed his Masters in Computer Science from Dalhousie University in 2003 and is fluent in English and French. To sum it up, he’s an educator for senior executives.

Khadija Cajee

Like Jay from the McCain Superfries ad, I am a strong, silent type.

I am an entrepreneur, a mother, an advisor and an educator who tries to support others whether they are new immigrants, the CEO of a major corporation, small business entrepreneurs or children impacted by Type 1 Diabetes.

Having grown up in apartheid South Africa, I have a keen interest in social justice, human rights and civil rights. I am happy to be called upon to advocate for change on behalf of meaningful causes.

I have an innate ability to understand who people really are and what drives them and I am immensely grateful for being surrounded by amazing and inspiring people throughout the years.
If there is a box, you will not find me in it.

Comiteé Consultatif

Our Advisory Board is a mix of accomplished senior executives and entrepreneurs who have built, led and advised companies and senior leadership teams from technology startups to global brands. They act as a gauge of our current success, challenge us to continually deliver our best and serve as a compass for the future direction of Servo Annex.
